Display Rules & Regulations

Before you begin planning your booth, take a moment to review our Display Rules & Regulations. Each sponsor package type has specific guidelines to help you design your space, stay compliant, and make the most of your exhibit experience. Permission to Exhibit & PPE

To receive permission to exhibit at our event, all sponsors must complete the required submissions listed below. Approval is granted only after all three items — Rendering Submission, Insurance, and PPE — have been received and approved.
